Operations Technologies offers all of our clients world-class support. We're currently creating an online support section to enhance our current personal-level support. It will include a client login section, FAQ's, white papers, and contact information for all your support needs. If you are a current client, you will be notified when our support section comes online.

As part of our support suite, we offer the WCS Community Discussion Forum. The forum provides a discussion space for Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain issues. There are also sections devoted to the Operations Technologies solutions, including WCS, SupplySync, DLS, and others. The forum is monitored by Operations Technologies and we will provide answers to questions posted there on a regular basis. Registration is not required to view the general discussions on warehousing and production, but you will need to register to post replies or view the WCS support topics.

NEW! Operations Technologies is happy to offer hardware repair services for most brands of hand-helds, portable terminals, barcode printers, scanners, VMUs, and related hardware. Use our convenient Online Return Authorization Portal to send your equipment to our repair center for estimates and repair. This service is useful for hardware that is no longer under warranty and is not covered under a service agreement. There is a simple sign-up process to create an account. Once you have an account, you can submit equipment for repair, approve your estimates, and see the progress of the repairs. Most repairs are a simple flat-rate, so you'll know the cost of repairs before any work begins. We also offer maintenance contracts on most equipment. Login and check out the price list for monthly contracts, major flat-rate, and minor flat rate fees. If repair of your old equipment is not an option, we offer new equipment sales as well.
